I have a condo in North Miami Beach. This condo has a 47 foot boat slip, Private 24/7 swimming Pool, walk to the Beach, close to shopping, South Beach, Aventura, Bal Harbour, Ft Lauderdale airport. Granite and Stainless Kitchen, 3 balconies.

I personally live part time in Washington DC. I still want to live here because I like it here. But I would like to find a room mate for the spare bedroom. The place also comes with a private bath room. Ideally, this person will have a boat, or be interested in getting a boat that I can use in exchange for the DOCK.

Option B is to find someone local that is looking for a BOAT slip. Technically, you would also have to rent the condo as well. But 700/month is very affordable for a monthly boat slip like this.

Option C: Find some one from out of town and do the condo sharing thing. Ideally someone from New York or Boston.
But this is the interesting part. You can fly Jet blue direct from LGA, JFK or Newark to Ft Lauderdale(fll) in under 3 hours, and for $70 each way. The van from FLL to the condo is $17. Try getting to the Hamptons on a weekend in 3 hours for that kind of money. Its the prefect scenario for someone that works in NY but wants a place in the south with a boat.

Option D: Just find someone moving to town that needs a place to live. Its a big condo,

I am personally pretty laid back. Male, interested in either Male or Female ( especially a Female). I am not the neatest person in the world, but I tend to do a massive cleanup once a month... floors, windows... papers... But I am very clean in the kitchen.

Why dont I get a boat... Because I don't want the responsibility as I am not around that much myself. I owuld prefer to use some one elses boat, in exchange for the boat slip when I am in town. And I know how to handle a boat.

Ideally, I am looking for professional male or female. If I can use the Boat, I will offer the DOCK, Electric and water included. Think about it. There are places in aventura Fl, just up the road, that charge 1500/month with no condo. Not only do you get a Condo, but the halover inlet is just 20 minutes by boat.
