zzFSBO.com is a FOR SALE BY OWNER site i originally setup to sell my own real-estate FOR SALE BY OWNER style. But it is my intention to open the system up to others ( mostly friends and family ) that have real-estate they wish to list for sale or rent.
The concept it simple... Every one lists their properties for sale and rent on this site. Then list URL links to the site in caigslists adds, myspace, linkin, facebook, and all of their emails, and drive as much traffic to the site as possible. It is unlikely that I will find someone interested in my place by my self, but perhaps someone looking at my place may be more interested in one of the other listings. And vice versa. Consolidation of Marketing efforts could lead to a sale by someone some where.
The more people looking for a spot, the more opportunities there are.
To become a member of the site, you have to be invited by someone with property to list. This keeps the scam artists, real-estate agents and other trouble makers out of the system. The benefits are that you can leave a relatively small amount of information on your add listing, but keep more detail at the zzFSBO.com site. pretty simple.
